Welcome

Welcome – I’m Betty Kerss Groezinger, and I’m glad you’re here!

I’m a wife, mother, widow, grandmother, great-grandmother, teacher, bookkeeper, researcher, writer, storyteller, and a firm believer that it’s never too late to make your dreams come true! Mine did – in 2013, when my first novel, The Davenport Dilemma, went live!

From the mid 1930s to now …

From the Great Depression and WWII to the ever-present Now …

From the narrow dirt streets of Dallas to the High-5 overpass of today …

From the cotton farms of Dallas to the high-rise buildings that cloud the skies …

From the small 4-room houses to the 4,000 square-foot mansions that dot the landscape …

Lots of years filled with people, love, dreams, happiness, sadness, fun, excitement, grief, tears, sorrow, confusion, joy, laughter, fulfillment, but always changes – in other words, this thing we call life …

I invite you to follow me as I share tales of yesterday and write the stories of today … the happy, the sad, the funny, the absurd, all the bits and pieces that keep rumbling around in my mind …
